Policies

Shipping:

Items are shipped USPS First Class, unless specified otherwise. If you desire Priority Shipping, Signature Required, etc please get in touch before completing your order. Please keep in mind that Priority Shipping refers to the shipping method only. It does not mean that your order will have expedited creation time. All items are handmade, and take time to create. Remember that makers and businesses have no control over USPS or any other delivery service. I cannot guarantee any specific delivery date, but I will always do my best.

Custom Work:

I love doing custom pieces! If you see an existing design, but wish it were a different metal, stone, etc, please get in touch! I’d love to work with you to create your ideal piece.

Returns and Exchanges:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the receipt of your items, except for custom orders. Items must be in the like new condition and show no signs of wear, damage, etc.

To return your item, you must contact Renegade Fibers first. Please send an email to renegadefibers@gmail.com with “RETURN” in the subject line. We will discuss any issues you have, whether you want to simply return your item, or exchange it, etc.

Customer is responsible for safe return shipping. Renegade Fibers will not be responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping. Insured shipping is recommended.

Repairs:

If your items need repairing, please get in touch! Send an email to renegadefibers@gmail.com so we can decide the best option for you. Repairs due to normal wear and tear, etc will be repaired free of charge within the first 6 months. A small fee may be required after that time frame. Items damaged by misuse, improper care, etc will need to be evaluated prior to repair estimates. Customer will be responsible for shipping costs, unless otherwise discussed.
